The Man behind the mic
Hi, I'm Lu. I've been an actor for over 20 years with a passion for voice-overs. I have a love of storytelling and creating characters. This lends itself to my style, which generally is a friendly, warm, yet deep, and respectable demeanor. I portray the sound of a good friend, a respected professional, an enthusiastic guy-next-door, or a knowledgeable instructor. And even if you need specific, off-beat, or weird characters… I got you there too. I presently reside in Palm Bay Florida, though I’m originally from Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. I’ve spent some time living in New York City and studied various aspects of media and project creation. I’ve studied acting from multiple teachers like John Kenny, Sal Traponi, Art Farm’s Dic Wheeler, Doug Rogers, and more recently Voice Acting techniques from the inimitable Tim Powers. In 2014, I earned my Bachelor’s of Science for Communications focusing on Video Production with a minor in Theater Studies. I’ve been involved in multiple independent projects including short films like “Free Refills,” and plays like Frederico Lorca’s “Blood Wedding,” Peter Barnes’ “Red Noses,” and Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.” I also have a YouTube channel that is another Work-In-Progress to integrate to the brand here.
